At LuxRoses, we are dedicated to delivering fresh, beautiful flowers to your doorstep. Please review our guidelines below to understand how your order will be delivered and our policies regarding quality guarantees.
SHIPPING POLICY
1. Delivery Area We currently offer Nationwide Shipping across the United States. Whether you are ordering for yourself or sending a gift, we deliver to all 50 states.
2. Order Processing Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Once your order has left our facility, the transit time begins. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
3. Estimated Delivery Time Our standard estimated delivery time is 3-4 Business Days after processing.

4. Shipping Carriers To ensure your flowers arrive safely and efficiently, we primarily ship via USPS. Depending on the destination and package size, we may occasionally utilize other major carriers (such as UPS or FedEx) to meet our delivery standards.
REFUND & FRESHNESS POLICY
At LuxRoses, we strive to ensure the highest quality for our customers. Because fresh flowers are perishable, our refund policy is strict and time-sensitive.
1. Immediate Inspection Required We ask that you (or the recipient) inspect the package immediately upon arrival. Since we use third-party carriers (USPS/UPS), the driver cannot process a return at the door.
2. Reporting an Issue (1-Hour Window) If you notice any damage or quality issues with your order, you must notify us within 1 hours of the delivery timestamp.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must email us at admin@luxroses.us with clear photos of the product and the shipping box.

Claims made after 1 hours will not be accepted, as we cannot verify the care the flowers received after delivery.
3. Final Sale Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for "change of mind." Once the 1-hour inspection window has passed, all sales are considered final.
